Terms Of Services

  • I can only start working on the commission after you've send me pictured refrerences and you've paid me fully upfront! Payment via PayPal only in USD!

  • I will send the commission result and psd file via Dropbox

  • Read my overall T. O. S. , work process & pricing before commissioning me! You've accepted the T.O.S. and my overall pricing, art style, coloring, shading style if you are commissioning me!

  • I will take LEGAL ACTION / through court /sue you if you use my art for AI training, NFT or making a profit out of it, repost without credit, using my art without my permission!

  • You may use my art for your profile picture, banner and thumbnail for your video but ONLY with proper credits!

  • DO NOT tell me to draw in other style. If you commission me, it's because you like my style!

  • I work on commissions of characters that i believe i can do justice. i reserve the right to decline your commission if i do not believe i can do it or when you are being rude to me.

  • I will only begin coloring your commission once the sketch is approved and YOU'VE PAID FULLY. Edits are recommended to be requested during the sketching phase. I will charge you additional +100$ fee if you want some major changes/edits during my Work In Progress / coloring stage!

  • I do not do refunds pass the base colored stage.

  • You are NOT allowed to make a profit out of my art if it's just a normal / private commission!

  • I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

  • The process will likely be posted on Twitter, Pixiv, Blueskyas my portfolio and/or streamed on Twitch or Youtube unless Clients request otherwise.

  • Clients are not allowed to modify, edit, change the artwork without permission from the artist!

  • Any artwork made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken!

Work Process!

  • Please provide me a PICTURED reference sheet, i will not use text based descriptions of characters. also please provide me a few reference poses/ideas IF you'd like me to work with.

  • Estimated time to finish one commission could take 1-3 weeks! Depend on the complexity of the art!

  • Payment via PayPal only in USD!

  • I will give updates as to how far i am in your commission.

  • Credit me as the original artist if you repost or using my art as your profile picture, youtube thumbnail, video, schedule post, etc!

  • If you want to reproduce and selling my art / receive profit from the media that you are using. I will include it as a commercial use commission and you MUST PAID the commercial use rights FULLY FIRST before using it !! Credit me for the art too / Credit the artist please !!
