Terms Of Services

  • I can only start working on the commission after you've send me pictured refrerences of what you want me to draw (from character, mascot, pet, pose & background) and you've paid me fully upfront! Payment via PayPal only in USD!

  • I will cancel the commission and send you a full refund if you ghosted me for 3 days, being rude and disrespectful!

  • Clients are not allowed to modify, edit and change the artwork!!

  • DO NOT tell me to draw in other style or make too many changes hence resulting my style looking different than my own. It is quite disrespectful and I will charge you double the normal price if you keep insisting and forcing me to make those changes that are making me uncomfortable.

  • If you commission me, it's because you like my style! I will draw your character or your favorite character the best I can, draw them as close as possible to the original while using MY STYLE, as dynamic & as perfect as possible.

  • I will send the commission result and psd file via Dropbox

  • Read my overall T. O. S. , work process & pricing before commissioning me! You've accepted the T.O.S. and my overall pricing, art style, coloring, shading style if you are commissioning me!

  • I will take LEGAL ACTION / through court /sue you if you use my art for AI training, NFT, repost without credit, using my art without my permission!

  • You are NOT allowed to make a profit out of my art if it's just a normal / private commission or non-commercial use art. You will have to pay the commercial use rights fee first if you want to make a profit out of it. Example, for merchandise, patreon content & music video.

  • You may use my art for your profile picture, banner and thumbnail for your video but ONLY with proper credits!

  • I work on commissions of characters that i believe i can do justice. i reserve the right to decline your commission if i do not believe i can do it or when you are being rude to me.

  • I will only begin coloring your commission once the sketch is approved and YOU'VE PAID FULLY. Edits are recommended to be requested during the sketching phase. I will charge you additional +100$ fee for each or every major changes/edits (example: Changing the whole or overall pose, overall clothes design, overall composition, overall colors, overall background, overall style) during my Work In Progress and coloring stage! >> I will not charge any fee if the changes made are small. <<

  • NO REFUND when the art has been completed

  • I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

  • The process will likely be posted on Twitter, Pixiv, Bluesky as my portfolio and /or streamed on Twitch or Youtube unless Clients request otherwise.

  • Any artwork made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken!

Work Process!

  • Please provide me a PICTURED reference sheet, i will not use text based descriptions of characters. also please provide me a few reference poses/ideas IF you'd like me to work with.

  • Estimated time to finish one commission could take 1-3 weeks! Depend on the complexity of the art!

  • Payment via PayPal only in USD!

  • I will give updates as to how far i am in your commission.

  • Credit me as the original artist if you repost or using my art as your profile picture, youtube thumbnail, video, schedule post, etc!

  • If you want to reproduce and selling my art / receive profit from the media that you are using. I will include it as a commercial use commission and you MUST PAID the commercial use rights FULLY FIRST before using it !! Credit me for the art too / Credit the artist please !!
